Illusions
“Illusions” by Richard Bach is a guide to life. I have read it at least three times so far and each time I read it I learn more. There is so much wisdom in this book that it warrants multiple readings. The most important message to me was the meaning of miracle and how we pay so much attention to miracles and are so awed by miracles that we do not pay attention to the message of the Messiah performing the miracles.
The author shows us through a Messiah’s eyes that how frustrating and difficult it can be to teach humans the true meaning of life. Another important message of the book is to believe in ourselves. My favorite quote from the book is “Here is a test to find whether your mission on earth is finished: If you’re alive, it isn’t.”
