Indian (Shortcuts to Success)
Indian (Shortcuts to Success) by Das Sreedharan is the best Indian recipe book I have come across. I have tried the following recipes so far: Vindaloo, Korma and Rogan Josh. I substituted boneless and skinless chicken thighs for lamb or pork as I prefer chicken. All these recipes came out excellent and were easy to make. Also, I tried chicken tikka masala. It’s a bit different but delicious. Steamed rice and vegetable dumplings wasn’t worth trying but mango kulfi was a hit and worth all the effort.
