Say ‘No’ to Drugs, Turn To Sahaja Yoga for Help – Times of India

This is a nice article explaining how to combat addiction issues with Sahaja Yoga. It has introduced the concept of spiritual quotient, SQ. Never thought of it before but it makes complete sense as it is an important part of our well being.

My uncle was cured of alcoholic addiction because of Sahaja Yoga. This is what happened. Shri Mataji was visiting Mumbai. Because of electricity outage, her luggage could not be delivered to her apartment. So, her luggage was kept at my uncle’s place in his room. That evening, he sat down for his usual drinking session but he just couldn’t drink. He quit drinking that evening.
