I am a mother and a wife living in Tupelo, MS. I used to work as a website developer but right now, I am taking a very, very long break from work to enjoy and cherish motherhood.

This blog is where I write about everything that interests me such as books, parenting, meditation, website development and so on. Work

I’m website developer specialize in creating XHTML websites, concentrating on the complete separation of content and presentation. I worked at ECommerce Partners in New York from 2003 – 2006, focusing on HTML and SEO.

I took a “Web Development with CSS & XHTML” class at NYU in Fall 2004. I enjoyed learning XHTML and CSS so much that I can truly say I have a zeal for it. Pursuing it further, I can say that I’m very close to being an expert in this field. I initiated and made XHTML a standard requirement at ECommerce Partners. Right now, I’m busy being a mother and will pursue my career again once my son is in elementary school.

Education

I have a Masters degree in Management from London School of Economics. I enjoyed studying there and in particular, I enjoyed studying Game Theory. The best part of it was the answer of all the questions was mostly same: “It depends”. And, I think that’s true in life and is the best answer one can provide. I also have a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems.

I have maintained high academic standard throughout and I won Wall Street Journal Award for Excellence in Academics in 2002.

Technology and Theme for This Site

This site has been coded in valid XHTML 1.0 transitional and CSS. The blogging software I use is WordPress. Plugins used in this website are Google Sitemap Generator, Related Posts, WordPress Database Backup. I created my own theme for this site.

Also, I would like to point out that my English is not perfect and I do make errors. So, please excuse me. If you find any mistakes, I’ll appreciate it if you can let me know.
