“Rhyme on Orange” by Kabir

An orange is orangey,
An orange is fruity,
An orange is juicy,
An orange is softy,
And when it is eaten it is squishy.
Welcome to my blog! This is where I write my thoughts on various issues such as meditation, books I have enjoyed, website development, being a mother and so on. If you are interested in a particular topic, then check the section under categories. I hope you will find something here that might interest you. So, sit back and read along.

An orange is orangey,
An orange is fruity,
An orange is juicy,
An orange is softy,
And when it is eaten it is squishy.

Sonja wrote: “This poem is dedicated to Adriana who is from Columbia, S.A. This is because when I asked her if she was going to Cabella for a Krishna puja as quite a few yogis were preparing to do, including her sister, Ofelia, she said very calmly, “No, I’m going to my Sahasrara.” I, myself, was unable to attend, but felt such a consolation that I, too, could be with Mother in my Sahasrara (always!).”
No trains to take
No lines to wait
I’ll stay at home
and meditate.
She sits and waits
in that holy place
That’s just as close
as two steps from Anahata,
the divine realm of Sahasrara.
I’ll climb there just using my breath
empowered by my kundalini.
Bringing Her a lovely bouquet of flowers
Offering Her my humility and purity of heart
She’ll smile on me Her beatific smile
which caresses my travel weary bones
Lying in Mother’s embrace , looking up at her face
I know where I can always reach Her
and where She always awaits me.

This poem is inspired by Tagore.
In silence I find myself going back to the original Thou
I find myself being true to my earliest Vow
To be One with You and reach the Light Within
That touches every cell from the deep well
of divine nectar springing forth life
trembling with happiness in the flame of Thine Love
The voyage is ongoing as thy blood travels through my veins
reaching my heart in endless cycles revolving in my body as
it pumps in steady rhythm to the tune of Life
I am here. I am Alive. I rejoice. You are Inside.

Shri Mataji is the one with the highest frequency
All the deities and incarnations have their own frequencies
They have their own but they float in Mother’s frequency
They came at different times to evolve us to a higher frequency
So that One day we get closer to Mother’s frequency
Every chakra and channel has a different frequency
On every chakra she has talked with a different frequency
Step by step for us to rise higher to feel her frequency
For us to fully receive divine vibrations like hers
Listening to her talk is a journey towards her
It opens us inside and our understanding of this creation
No matter how much of it we absorb and do remember
Listening again and again it clears, clears and does wonders
Changing our attitude and our ideas to seek higher frequency
So that One day we get closer to Mother’s frequency (more…)
Shri Mataji- my Divine Mother!
To You I surrender all my desires,
Shri Sahastrara Swamini!
To You I offer my prayers,
Please make me a balanced Sahaja Yogini
And destroy all the negativity within me.
Please make me Your instrument,
Blend me with the flowers at Your Lotus Feet,
Let my identity be insignificant,
Like that of a painter’s brush
Or as that of a musician’s flute. (more…)
