I’m Gonna Be with Mother in the Sahasrara

Sonja wrote: “This poem is dedicated to Adriana who is from Columbia, S.A. This is because when I asked her if she was going to Cabella for a Krishna puja as quite a few yogis were preparing to do, including her sister, Ofelia, she said very calmly, “No, I’m going to my Sahasrara.” I, myself, was unable to attend, but felt such a consolation that I, too, could be with Mother in my Sahasrara (always!).”
No trains to take
No lines to wait
I’ll stay at home
and meditate.
She sits and waits
in that holy place
That’s just as close
as two steps from Anahata,
the divine realm of Sahasrara.
I’ll climb there just using my breath
empowered by my kundalini.
Bringing Her a lovely bouquet of flowers
Offering Her my humility and purity of heart
She’ll smile on me Her beatific smile
which caresses my travel weary bones
Lying in Mother’s embrace , looking up at her face
I know where I can always reach Her
and where She always awaits me.
