I have been practicing Sahaja Yoga since 1985. Although it seems long but I have a long way to go to become a Sahaja Yogi in the real sense of the word. If I look back, I do feel that I have evolved as human being as far as my spiritual growth is concerned. Although, I admit that sometimes I do get caught up in mundane issues of life.
