Kundalini is the residual divine energy within each of us. It is a feminine energy that lies dormant in the Sacrum Bone in three and a half coils until the moment when She is activated through the process of Self-Realization.
At the moment when the heart starts beating in the unborn fetus, this energy enters through the fontanel bone area and thus provides life. This is what connects the fetus to the All Pervading Divine power. When children are born the fontanel bone area is usually soft, partly to facilitate the birth process but as the child grows this Divine connection is broken and the residual Divine energy, i.e. the Kundalini goes to sleep in the Sacrum Bone. This results in the calcification of the fontanel bone area and consequently, the connection with the All Pervading Divine energy is broken. Continue reading What is Kundalini?

If I look back, I do feel that I have evolved as human being as far as my spiritual growth is concerned. Although, I admit that sometimes I do get caught up in mundane issues of life. Yet, I’m trying my best.
